Behind Every Room Is a Team That Makes the Magic Happen

From the calm of Hedgehogs to the creativity of Foxes, every part of Wonderbloom is held together by people who care - deeply.

Our senior team aren’t just names. They’re the ones planning every detail, shaping each child’s journey, and stepping in wherever needed (including nappy duty and glitter control).

They lead with heart, humour, and the belief that early years care should feel personal, not just practical.

Let us introduce you to the team behind the scenes

Hedgehogs

Ages 6 months - 2 Years

Join Hannah, where your child’s Wonderbloom journey begins - on their own dedicated floor, in a space designed entirely around the needs of babies and toddlers.

In Hedgehogs, we don’t rush into nursery life. We take things slowly, gently, and personally. Our youngest children follow their home routines. Whether that means bottle feeds, naps on demand, we adapt around them - not the other way around.

With a carefully curated curriculum for under-twos, smaller group sizes, the Hedgehogs room offers your child a safe, responsive, and loving start to nursery.

Owls

Ages 2 Years

Chelsea leads the Owls room with warmth, structure, and a deep understanding of what two-year-olds really need: space to explore, gentle guidance, and a trusted adult cheering them on as they gain independence.

From potty training to first friendships, this stage is all about growing into “I can do it.” Children in Owls start to help themselves, take part in small group activities, and explore a more structured routine - all while still being met with care, patience, and flexibility.

Foxes

Ages 3-4 Years

The Foxes room is where children stretch into their biggest version of themselves - curious, capable, and ready to take on the world.

Led by Malaika, this class supports children as they become more independent, more confident, and more socially aware - but we don’t rush into school-mode. We remain firmly rooted in play, imagination, and real-life learning.

Here, children continue to build on their early literacy and maths skills through hands-on discovery. They problem-solve with peers, take on roles in their play, and begin thinking for themselves. It’s calm, creative, and full of opportunity - the final chapter in their Wonderbloom journey.
