Fees
Our funded fees do not include the optional All-Inclusive package, as it's completely your choice whether to add it or not for funded sessions.
This is £10 per funded day.
All inclusive is included for unfunded hours.
We believe in flexibility—so you can choose the level of service that works best for your family, with no pressure and no hidden surprises.
Please note Funded sessions are delivered free to parents with eligible early years funding codes, such as Universal, FEET or Working Parent Entitlement
Fees are annualised across the year, so you pay the same price every month.
£200 deposit is charged at the time of registering, which is refundable at differing times subject to terms and conditions.
FEET funding codes do not require a deposit.
Download our fee sheet below which also details our 'food and consumables costs'.

A Funding Model That Works for You
Here’s what it looks like in practice:
Your child can attend full days using their funded hours all day.
You only pay for extra days or additional hours when you choose to, not because you're being made to.
We don’t charge hidden fees or layer in confusing extras - you’ll know exactly what you're paying for.
This approach gives families more flexibility and helps make high-quality childcare genuinely accessible - without compromising on care, staff ratios, or learning opportunities.

We’ve designed our model around fairness, clarity, and affordability.
No Compulsory Top-Ups or Hidden Charges
We keep costs simple and transparent—there are no compulsory (or hidden) charges for anything extra.
We offer two flexible options:
✔ All-Inclusive Package (£10 per funded session (10 hours)) – Covers breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks, nappies, nappy cream, baby wipes, suncream.
✔ Bring Your Own – Provide your child’s essentials yourself at no extra cost.
Your funding covers your childcare place—how you manage additional costs is up to you.

Funded Childcare Explained
We offer 15 or 30 hours of government-funded childcare per week, which is based on a term-time model (38 weeks per year).
We offer two options to use this, based on your session model.
Term Time Only
You use your funding only, term time only. So you get to use 10 hours of your 15 hours for one day per week. Or, 3 days per week, using 30 hours of your 30 hour code.
All Year Model
This means instead of receiving full funding for 38 weeks and nothing for the rest, your child receives a smaller amount of funded hours every week we are open, ensuring consistent access to childcare year-round.
To make this work:
-
15-hour funding is spread across 50 weeks, providing 11.4 funded hours per week (1 day per week)
-
30-hour funding is spread across 50 weeks, providing 22.8 funded hours per week. (2 days per week)
This ensures families can use their full funding entitlement without long gaps in childcare.
You can choose to attend more hours than your funded entitlement on this offer by paying priavetly for extra days.

Apply For Your Funding Today
