Our standard nursery day runs from 8am to 5.30pm, giving your child time to play, explore, rest and build relationships with our team. This is on an 'all year' basis.

For our all-year attendance option, funding is stretched across 50 weeks.
A 30-hour term-time entitlement provides 22.8 funded hours per week when stretched across 50 weeks. Attendance beyond this allowance is charged privately.
Your costs depend on the number of days your child attends and the funding available to your family.
Consumables
Our optional all-inclusive package covers food and consumables during funded sessions.
For a fully funded standard nursery day, the package costs:

Preschool Fees

Our preschool sessions run from 9am to 2pm, during term time. This is on an 'term time' basis.

Extensions
There are no extensions available for our preschool group.
Funding
Our preschool runs across 38 weeks of the year, allowing eligible children to use their funding during term time.
Subject to availability, our funded attendance options are:

15-hour funding: up to three five-hour sessions per week.

30-hour funding: up to five five-hour sessions per week.
There is no childcare charge for sessions covered entirely by your child’s funding. Our optional food and consumables package is charged separately.

Your Questions, Answered
Can my child attend using funded hours only?
Yes, we offer funded-only attendance options, subject to eligibility, availability and the sessions offered.
Food and consumables are optional charges. You can choose our package or provide these yourself.
Why does stretched funding give fewer hours each week?
Stretched funding spreads the same annual allowance over more weeks.
For our 50-week nursery option, a 30-hour entitlement across 38 weeks becomes 22.8 hours per week. A 15-hour entitlement becomes 11.4 hours per week.
How are payments spread?
For our all-year nursery option, fees are spread across 12 equal monthly payments.
Weekly cost x 50 weeks / 12 months = monthly cost.
Our term-time fee arrangements use 11 monthly payments.
Weekly cost x 38 weeks / 11 months = monthly cost.
We’ll confirm your payment schedule before your child joins.
What happens when attendance exceeds the funded allowance?
Hours beyond your child’s funded allowance are charged privately.
For example, with 30-hour funding stretched across 50 weeks, the weekly allowance is 22.8 hours. Three standard nursery days total 28.5 hours, leaving 5.7 privately paid hours.
Are food and consumables compulsory?
No. Our food and consumables packages are optional.
If you choose to opt out, we’ll explain what you need to provide for your child’s sessions.
What notice do I need to give?
We require one term’s notice. Please refer to your agreement for the full notice requirements and applicable dates.
This is in place as funding cannot normally be moved from one provider to another during the same term and allows us to manage our occupancy term by term.
