Once you’ve decided Wonderbloom is the right fit by visiting us, complete our quick and easy registration process. At this point, we will then confirm your space and request a registration fee from you - if applicable.

Starting With Us

Once we have put you on our waiting list, we will confirm your place within 8 weeks before your start date, issue your deposit and then send over any final funding forms. If you have any questions before then, email us below!

Starting Wonderbloom

At Wonderbloom, we know that starting nursery is a big step for both you and your child, and we’re here to make the transition as smooth and comforting as possible.

The week before your child’s official start date, we’ll invite you in for settling-in sessions tailored to your child’s schedule—typically 2 or 3 sessions, depending on the hours they’ll be attending. During the first session, you’ll meet your child’s key person, who will take the time to get to know your family and build that all-important connection. Together, we’ll complete an ‘All About Me’ form so we can learn everything about your child—their interests, routines, and your aspirations for their development.

We’ll guide you through our drop-off and pick-up process to ensure you feel confident and prepared. We’ll also introduce you to our nursery apps, where you can see updates about your child’s day, explore our menus, and stay in touch with the nursery team. To support your child’s settling in, we’ll create a personalised nursery book for them to read at home, and a family book to keep in the classroom, helping them feel welcomed and connected.

Six to eight weeks after your child starts, we’ll assess their development. This gives them time to settle in, feel at ease, and show us their unique skills and personality. We’ll then share our findings with you, letting you know how they’re progressing, whether they’re meeting age-appropriate milestones, and what we’ll be working on next. From then on, we assess development termly and hold regular parent consultations to ensure we’re working closely together every step of the way.

Throughout the year, we host a variety of parent and carer events, inviting you into the setting to create cherished memories with your child and share in their happy place. Building strong parent partnerships is at the heart of everything we do—we believe that by working together, we can give your child the very best start in life.
