Joining the Wonderbloom family is simple and stress-free. We’re here to guide you every step of the way, from exploring our nursery to securing a place for your child. Follow the steps below to get started on your journey with us.

The first step is to experience Wonderbloom for yourself! Schedule a visit to see our nurturing environment, meet our team, and learn more about our inclusive approach. You can book your tour online or by contacting us directly.

Once you’ve decided Wonderbloom is the right fit by visiting us, complete our quick and easy registration process. At this point, we will then confirm your space and request a registration fee from you - if applicable.

Starting With Us

Once we have put you on our waiting list, we will confirm your place within 8 weeks before your start date and then send over any final funding forms. If you have any questions before then, email us below!

What to Expect

At Wonderbloom, we know that starting nursery is a big milestone—for both children and parents. That’s why we’ve created a settling-in process that’s flexible, supportive, and focused on making everyone feel at home.

Here’s what we offer to help your child settle smoothly:

  • 2–3 settling-in sessions the week before your start date, tailored to your booked hours

  • A friendly meet-and-greet with your child’s Key Person

  • Completion of an ‘All About Me’ form so we understand your child’s routine, interests, and personality

  • A personalised ‘Family Book’ with photos of home life, kept in the nursery to give comfort and familiarity

  • A ‘Nursery Book’ to read at home, helping your child remember names, faces, and spaces

  • Optional extended paid settling sessions available for children who need a gentler transition
