Working At Wonderbloom

At Wonderbloom, we do things differently.

We are a quality-first nursery, not a volume-driven setting. We operate with enhanced staff-to-child ratios and capped class sizes (maximum 15 children per room) to ensure every child receives the attention, care and guidance they need to thrive.

But what truly sets us apart is how we work as adults.

Our Approach

Everything we do is intentional.

  • How we speak to children matters

  • Every interaction is an opportunity to teach and guide

  • Every activity has a clear purpose linked to our curriculum

We do not believe in filling time or setting up activities for the sake of it.
We believe in purposeful teaching, meaningful relationships and real progress.

Our curriculum is built around supporting children to become confident, independent and capable and that only happens when the adults around them are fully engaged, present and skilled.

Our Team Culture

We expect a lot from our team - and we give a lot in return.

At Wonderbloom:

  • You are not just a number on a rota

  • You are part of a team that supports each other properly

  • You are trusted to think, contribute and take ownership

We are a no-egos, no-silos environment. Everyone works together, and everyone plays their part in maintaining high standards.

We are clear, direct and honest - because that is how strong teams operate.

Our Environment

We have intentionally created a setting that is calm, structured and enjoyable to work in.

  • Small class sizes (maximum 15 children)

  • Enhanced ratios to reduce pressure and increase quality

  • Well-resourced, organised environments

  • A leadership team that is present and involved

This is not a chaotic nursery. It is a well-run, thoughtful setting where both children and staff can thrive.
